Background Information

 He lived on 300 block of Market Street in Philadelphia, PA. He lived from 1706 to 1790. He was a scientist, inventor, diplomat, humorist,philanthropist, and entrepreneur. He invented the amazing item of electricity. He had a wife named Deborah, a son named Francis, a son named Willam, and a daughter named Sarah.

 

 Role in the American Revolution

 He signed the United States Constitution. He signed the Declaration of Independence which is why America became a free state.

The Importance of this Patriot

 He was a great part of our history. He made electricity which we use every day. He risked his life in the war for our country. He was a brave strong man. If you ask me every 5th grader should learn about him.
