Thomas Jefferson was born on April 13,1743 and died July 4, 1826 in Monticello, Virgina. He was the 3rd president of the U.S., He was a minister, lived on a farm, and he had a very large and wealthy family. His hobbies were fishing, hikeing, canoeing, and playing the violin.
Role in the American Revolution
He was one of the 5 men who wrote the Declaration of Independence then gave it to John Handcock on July4,1776. He doubled the nation. He was the president.
